SHY · 35 High Street, Lewes BN7 2LU
On the night.
There’ll be a DJ and bar throughout the evening, with tattoos and piercings available separately. If you want an appointment, booking ahead is recommended.
Tattoos
For all tattoo enquiries, email SHY for further information.
Piercings at SHY
Fancy adding a new piercing to your night? Sarah and Abi will be piercing from 7pm to 11pm, with single and double lobes, cartilage and nose piercings available to book in advance.
Your piercing fee is paid when you book, then you’ll choose your jewellery separately. Implant-grade titanium starts from £25 and solid 14k gold from £70.
You’re very welcome to pop into SHY during the week beforehand to choose and reserve your jewellery, or arrive around 10 minutes before your appointment and we’ll help you find something on the night.
£5 from every piercing booked for SHY After Dark goes to Friends of Western Road.
We’ll take walk-ins wherever we can, but we’re expecting the piercing room to be busy, so booking ahead is the best way to make sure we can fit you in.
10% off in October
If you fancy trying something new, you can take 10% off one selected treatment with participating SHY artists + therapists. Just book the appointment with us at the party on 3 October for a date in October 2026. We’ll let you know on the night which treatments are included.

FRIENDS OF WESTERN ROAD
Fundraising for Friends of Western Road.
The Autumn Social is raising money for Friends of Western Road, supporting projects and experiences at Western Road Community Primary School.
Ticket income goes to the fundraiser, and SHY will also donate £5 from every piercing booked for the evening. The event is open to anyone over 18; you don’t need to have a connection to Western Road.
