How many Li-FT removal sessions will I need?

There is no reliable one-session answer. How quickly pigment lightens depends on its colour, depth, saturation, age and how your skin responds.Sabrina will assess the existing work and talk you through what is realistic. If laser is the better route for the pigment you have, she will say so rather than keep treating with saline.

How do I know whether Li-FT or laser removal is better for my old SPMU?

It depends on the pigment that is already there: its colour, saturation, depth, age and the area being treated all matter. Send clear photographs to SHY before booking so Sabrina can assess the existing work.If Li-FT is not the best route, Sabrina will recommend laser removal instead. SHY refers laser removal to Zapp Laser Studio in Hove rather than trying to treat every pigment with saline.

What does the skin look like while Li-FT removal heals?

The treated area goes through a dry healing stage and can form a scab. It is important to follow Sabrina’s aftercare and allow that surface to come away naturally rather than picking it.Lightening is assessed once the skin has properly healed. The amount of pigment removed varies, and several spaced sessions may be needed.

When can I have new brows after Li-FT removal?

Not straight away. The skin needs to be fully healed and Sabrina needs to see how much of the old pigment remains before planning new brow work.SHY does not work over unsuitable existing pigment. For a new brow treatment, old pigment needs to be at least 90% faded, and Sabrina will confirm whether you are ready or whether more Li-FT or laser removal should come first.
