Shipping policy

Dispatch

Stocked items are dispatched within 2–3 processing days. We process orders Tuesday–Saturday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Saturday and before 9am on Tuesday begin processing on Tuesday. Delivery time is additional.

Ordered-in jewellery is usually dispatched within 10 working days. Delivery time is additional. We’ll contact you if a supplier delay affects your order.

Delivery in the UK

£6.99 per order

If your order contains both stocked items and ordered-in jewellery, we hold it and dispatch everything together once all items are ready. You pay one delivery charge.

Delivery estimates run from dispatch, not from the moment you order.

You will get an email when your order is on its way, with tracking where the service provides it.

Packaging

Every jewellery order is sent in tamper-evident, sealed hygiene packaging. Please read the sealed packaging section of our Returns and refunds policy before you open it.

International

We are shipping within the UK only at the moment. Email contact@studioshy.co.uk if you are abroad and would like a piece, and we will tell you what is possible.

Collection from the studio

Choose collection at checkout and we will have your order ready at 35 High Street.

Collection is free. Stocked items may be ready sooner. Ordered-in jewellery takes longer, and the timings above apply.
