At SHY, we understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to change your plans. We have created a cancellation policy to ensure smooth service operations for both our clients and our artists. 

1. APPOINTMENTS 

• Notice Period: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. 

• Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to attend your appointment, you may be charged the full service fee. 

• Exemptions: In cases of emergencies or exceptional circumstances, SHY reserves the right to waive cancellation fees at its discretion. 

2. WORKSHOPS/TALKS/EVENTS 

• Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets for workshops, talks, and events are non-refundable. However, you may transfer the ticket to a friend or family member if you are unable to attend. Please notify us in writing to confirm the name change.
