Hair and make-up at SHY are led by Sabrina Falk, founder of the studio and a professionally trained Wigs, Hair and Make-Up Artist with a background in theatre, film and television.
Her work sits somewhere between natural and intentional. Skin that still looks like skin. Hair that feels undone but structured. Definition placed carefully, never heavily.
Based in Lewes High Street, Sabrina works with clients across Lewes, Brighton, and throughout Sussex for weddings, events, and creative projects. National and international travel is available.

Bridal work forms a significant part of Sabrina’s practice.
A wedding look should hold its shape from morning to evening, photograph beautifully and still feel effortless when you catch your reflection hours later.
Sabrina’s training in performance environments provides a technical understanding of longevity, lighting, and structure. She understands how skin reads on camera, how hair holds without stiffness, and how to create definition that remains modern rather than overworked.
Bridal services include dedicated trials at SHY in Lewes, on-location wedding-morning bookings, and styling for bridal parties. Brides travel from Brighton, Hove and across Sussex for bridal hair and make-up that feels calm, refined and editorial rather than overly styled.
