Online Returns, Exchanges & Faulty Items
General Returns Policy
At SHY, we are committed to offering high-quality products and services. If you are unhappy with your order, we do offer refunds for unwanted items, under the following conditions:
You notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
You provide a valid receipt or order confirmation
The item is unopened, unused, and in resalable condition, including all original packaging
If the item has been opened, used, or is not suitable for resale, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare, supplements and piercing jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email contact@studioshy.co.uk within 3 days of delivery, including a description and photographs of the issue. We’ll review the case and offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit where appropriate.
Skincare & Supplement Disclaimer
We stock carefully selected brands and do not manufacture these products ourselves. Please read all product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchase.
If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend doing a patch test before use. If you experience a reaction, discontinue use and contact the brand directly for guidance. SHY cannot offer individual product liability or refunds due to allergic reactions.
Jewellery Returns
For hygiene reasons, piercing jewellery is non-returnable/exchangable unless it arrives damaged or faulty. Please inspect items on arrival and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
Return Instructions
If you wish to return your item, please email contact@studioshy.co.uk with your order number and the item you wish to return.
If your return has been approved, we will send instructions and a return address. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, in original packaging and condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Please note the below are also Non-Refundable:
Services: All services, including treatments provided at SHY, are non-refundable once completed. Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances at SHY’s discretion. We encourage clients to communicate any concerns before, during, or after their treatment to ensure a satisfactory experience.
Tickets: Tickets for events, workshops, and talks are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us in advance of any name changes for the booking.
Artworks and Photography: Purchases of artworks and photography are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
