Shipping & Collection

We aim to process all orders placed before 12pm (UK time) on the same working day (Tuesday–Friday).
Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed the next working day.

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail, with delivery options available at checkout.
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery Options

Standard Delivery — £6.00
Estimated delivery in 2–4 working days once dispatched.

Speedy Tracked Delivery — £10.00
Estimated delivery in 24–48 hours once dispatched. Fully tracked and prioritised.

Local Collection (Lewes Studio)

Enjoy free click & collect from our Lewes studio. Orders are typically ready to collect within 2 hours (Tuesday–Friday).
Please wait for your ‘Ready for Collection’ email before visiting to ensure your order is prepared.

Collections are available Tues-Sat 10-5pm.

Gifting & Packaging

If your order is a gift and you’d like it wrapped, please email us at contact@studioshy.co.uk after placing your order, and we’ll arrange this for you. Our online gift-wrapping option will be available soon.

We currently ship within the UK only. All orders are carefully packed in recyclable materials and dispatched from our Lewes studio.
