Rise and Run Lewes are hosting Rave and Run, a relaxed 5k suitable for all. It starts at Studio SHY. Runners gather here at 6pm, and the run finishes at Abyss.
We will be offering complimentary ear seeding with our acupuncturist Aye. From 4.30pm

Everyone who joins the run can pick up a card for 10% off a first treatment at SHY, booked for another date.
It’s also a chance to see Mia Wanaka Brimilcombe’s sculptures going in ahead of SEMI-PERMANENCE, which opens the following day for Artwave.
